We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Wigs, face jewels, and intimate costume pieces cannot be returned if opened.

Costumes: Hand wash in cold water, air dry only. Wigs: Wash with cool water & wig shampoo, then air dry. Accessories: Spot clean gently.
