At Doozay Inch, customer happiness matters. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a return or refund — read on for details, timelines, and how to start the process.
Return Window & Conditions
Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags (if applicable).
Inspection: All returns are inspected upon receipt. Refunds are processed after approval.
Non-Returnable / Hygiene Items
For safety and hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned once opened or worn:
Wigs (once unsealed/opened)
Face jewels, adhesives, and certain makeup accessories
Undergarments and intimate costume pieces
Clearance or final-sale items (where noted)
How to Start a Return
Email our support team at support@doozayinch.com with your order number and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Our team will reply with return instructions and a return authorization (if eligible).
Pack the item securely in the original packaging and ship to the address provided in your return authorization.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about your refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges (including express) are non-refundable except when we shipped the wrong item or the item is damaged.
Exchanges
We do not process direct “size swap” exchanges. To get a different size or style:
Return the original item (if eligible) for a refund following the steps above.
Place a new order for the desired size or style.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll cover return shipping and help resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs. - If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the cost after approval.
Wrong Address or Undelivered Orders
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
