Where We Ship

We currently ship across the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Carriers We Use

All orders are shipped using trusted carriers, including:

  • DHL Express (for select shipments)

We automatically select the best carrier based on your delivery address, order weight, and size.

Free Shipping Offer

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more. The free-shipping discount applies automatically at checkout when your order subtotal reaches $50 (before taxes and after discounts).

Shipping Charges for Orders Under $50

For orders under $50, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the package. This helps us provide fair shipping rates that reflect actual carrier costs for bulky or heavy items (for example, some costumes or multi-item bundles).

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During major sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 7–12 business days
  • Express Shipping (FedEx/DHL Express): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number anytime.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at sales@doozayinc.com with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address or Returns to Sender

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipped orders.

Taxes & Duties

All orders shipped within the United States include applicable sales taxes. There are no additional customs duties for U.S. deliveries.
